Three tenths come from chart performance: eight points for every week spent on any app’s weekly chart, plus a bonus that grows the higher the best peak rank, capped at 100. The last two tenths reflect availability: 100 when a title is live on two or more apps, otherwise 50. Ties go to the most recently listed title.
